Not only did Bob Mortimer share his story, but three students shared theirs, Miranda, Lidia, and Steve. A common theme you might have picked up on was how their involvement with other believers at church, at the Hilhi Breakfast Club and Youth Alive Club really made the difference.
Following Christ is not a solo sport. We’re better together. Many made decisions at “The Door” to follow Jesus. Now that it’s over, we all need help putting that desire into action. “The Door Afterparty Guide” is a great tool to help you discover what it means to follow Jesus and gives you some tools to do it together with other believers. You can download a FREE copy here by clicking on the image of it above. If you want to talk with a youth worker or one of the students who put this on with questions that come up as you explore living for Jesus, that would be great! Just email your questions to email@example.com and we’ll pass them on to them. If you need info on youth group times, directions, etc, we’ll get them to you as soon as possible. The Hilhi Breakfast Club meets on Wednesday mornings at 7:00-8:45am at a house near the school. Ask any of the students who put on “The Door” and they’ll help you get there. Same with Youth Alive Club…Thursdays after school.
Congrats to all of you who chose to follow Christ! It’s the greatest decision you’ll ever make!
Nothing better than Jesus,
